When can I access my storage unit?
Our computerized gate allows controlled access to the facility from 6:30am-10:30pm! We offer 24 Hour access for an additional monthly fee - just mention that when you rent with us.
Am I required to store long-term?
We lease our storage units and parking spaces on a month-to-month basis so our tenants are never required to store with us longer than they need. If you need long-term storage, give us a call, we are happy to accommodate your storage needs.
What security features do you offer?
We have installed a high definition camera system with day and night vision and license plate reading capabilities. We also installed a new bright LED lighting to enhance our security at night. Our facility already offers perimeter fencing and a computerized gate which monitors access. We also provide a disc lock to all new customers to ensure your belongings are safe.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your monthly storage bill through our website. We encourage all of our storage unit customers to sign up for online autopay. Our customers who use autopay on average pay fewer late fees. You can also pay over the phone, give us a call: (918)-333-3608
